Creative Centre SE14

Creative Centre SE14 is just a 2-minute walk from New Cross Gate
Station and only 5 minutes from Goldsmiths University. These brand-
new, purpose-built studios are designed specifically for creatives. Peer-
to-peer support, networking, and collaboration are at the heart of this
space.

With a long-term lease in place, AWP offers lasting security and stability to our creative community and their enterprises. We have built more than just studios — we have established a dedicated creative centre which support creatives now and for generations to come.
