A microbusiness is a business with no more than 10 employees and a turnover of less than £10 million.

You can apply in a number of ways:
After your viewing, you can reserve a studio by paying a £200 holding deposit. You’ll then fill in a contract form, and we’ll issue the lease agreement for signing.
Our standard lease length is 12 months, though this may vary depending on the building.
Yes, we require a two-month security deposit.
We are proud to be efficient as possible. Our standard timeline for completing the lease and handing over keys is one week.
