DIRECTOR
Mark has over 30 years’ front line experience in property and through three recessions has built up a substantial portfolio of investment assets that span residential, commercial and developments including new build housing.
He has a passion for regeneration, sustainability and in repurposing redundant buildings and sites.
DIRECTOR
Peter is the founder and CEO of Artists Studio Company (ASC). A registered charity that exists to support artists and makers; ASC is the largest affordable workspace provider to the creative sector in London. Peter advises local authorities, government agencies, and developers on workspace policy. He also sits on the board of Beaconsfield Gallery.
Portfolio Manager
Elinor specialises in real estate development and asset management, with expertise in project execution, acquisitions, and contractor coordination. She holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading and is passionate about delivering high-quality, functional spaces that meet the evolving needs of businesses and communities.
Operational Manager
Sarah has a wealth of experience in managing customer services and multiple projects within large and small organisations. Sarah specialises in the implementation of processes and procedures within the business, whilst also managing the HR, Personnel and the office together. Aside from this, Sarah also commercially supports our Group Chairman.
Financial Controller
Tracy heads the Finance Team with years of knowledge and experience in all aspects of our finances. Tracy’s responsibilities range from insurance, financial services, accounts and legal operations.
FINANCE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Minodora manages the complete
customer financial function, she is the go-to for all customer financial matters. Minodora coordinates the banking, property ledgers and supports Tracy Plumadore.
