Affordable Workspace Partnership – Referral Programme Terms and Conditions 2025
The Affordable Workspace Partnership Referral Programme is available exclusively for new commercial tenancy agreements, and is limited to selected spaces only, as determined by Affordable Workspace Partnership (“AWP”).
This Promotion applies solely to new tenancy agreements and does not apply to lease renewals or extensions. All enquiries for participation in the Referral Programme are subject to space availability and at the discretion of AWP and are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the relevant tenancy agreement.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other existing promotions. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively. The referred contact must not be an existing tenant of AWP or currently in discussions with AWP regarding tenancy.
If a referral is successful, the Referrer will receive £1000. A referral is deemed successful once the referred contact has signed a new tenancy agreement and paid their deposit along with their first month’s rent.
Referred tenants may begin making their own referrals as soon as their tenancy with AWP commences. The referred company/person cannot be an owner, employee, agent, or sub-agent of the referring business.
Submission of a referral or any contact with AWP regarding the Referral Programme indicates acceptance of the AWP website terms and conditions and consent for contact details to be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
AWP reserves the right to modify or terminate any aspect of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Additionally, AWP retains the discretion to decline the Promotion to any customer or revoke the offer if the Referrer or referred tenant breaches their tenancy agreement.
