AWP is delighted to have exchanged contracts on 23,000 sq ft of Section 106 and commercial space
with Berkeley St William, situated within their Alexandra Gate residential development. AWP’s new
studios will enjoy an enviable position overlooking a vibrant new central square — at the heart of a
thoughtfully designed community.
Works are scheduled for completion in Q1 2027, at which point AWP will open the doors to 40 studios
for microbusinesses, alongside a broader package of social value, including free business support for
local entrepreneurs.
With demand for affordable workspace continuing to outstrip supply — evidenced by 100% occupancy
across AWP’s existing portfolio — Alexandra Gate represents a timely and much-needed addition to the
offer in the area.
