On Saturday, July 5th, 2025, the vibrant community of South Kilburn will be celebrating not just wellness, creativity and culture, but also the much-anticipated opening of Peels, a new restaurant at the heart of the neighbourhood’s creative energy. Launching in sync with the fourth edition of the South Kilburn CarniVale, Peels promises to be more than just a culinary destination — it’s a community hub infused with flavour, art, and purpose.
In keeping with the festival’s inclusive and family-friendly ethos, AWP will also offer a children’s art class, providing young creatives a space to play, learn, and express themselves freely. Festival-goers will also get the chance to sample food and drinks from Peels, offering a taste of what the restaurant will bring to South Kilburn year-round. With a menu rooted in fresh, sustainable ingredients and flavours that celebrate both local and global influences, Peels aims to nourish not only the body, but also the sense of togetherness and shared joy that defines the area.
